simply garlic powder is dehydrated garlic ground to fine powder. It is a very common seasoning in for many types of food, like pasta, pizza, dressing and grilled chicken. Garlic powder is an ingredient in many of our spice blends. Keep a jar of simply garlic powder handy for many cooking and baking recipes. For example, you can easily prepare garlic salt at home, as and when required, without any additives that costly commercial garlic salt contain.
Garlic (Allium sativum)
FOR GARLIC SALT: 3 parts salt and 1 part Simply Garlic Powder, by volume.
FOR GINGER-GARLIC PASTE: 1 part Simply Garlic Powder and 1 part ginger powder, by weight. Mix the powders and little by little add vinegar till the mixture forms into a paste. Store in refrigerator.

4 nos Chicken thighs
Prepare a seasoning salt using:
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Black Pepper powder
1 Tbs simply garlic powder
Mix well and apply all over the chicken surface with some rubbing action. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
In a bowl add ¼ cup honey, 1 Tbs simply garlic powder, 2 Tbs vinegar—garlic-wine, apple-cider or rice vinegar are preferred options, 1 Tbs soya sauce, 1 tsp sesame seed, and 2 green garlic (chopped)—if not available use 1 spring onion (chopped). Mix these up with a fork. Keep aside.
Heat 2 Tbs oil in a suitable pan. Add the chicken and cook both sides of the thighs until scorched brown. Reduce heat to lowest and cover the pan cook each side of the thigh for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked. Add the mixture—from Step2— and slightly increase the heat. Cook for 3 minutes or till the sauce is somewhat thick. Remove heat and place the thighs in the serving dish with the fleshy side up. Pour all the sauce onto the chicken.
