Chef’s Secret Tea Masala is used to spice-up your cup of hot/cold tea. For hot tea just a quarter teaspoonful of this strong spice blend is sufficient for two cups of tea. While you will experience the subtle spicy transformation of your tea, the taste of the tea leaf will remain intact. You’ll love it!

HONEY LIME TEA
In two empty cups add 1 tsp lime juice (no seed) and 2 tsp honey each. Keep aside.
Put 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add ¼ tsp chef’s secret tea masala. Put on heat. When the water just begins to boil add 2 tsp CTC tea leaf. Switch off heat after 30 seconds. Stir the saucepan and pour out the tea through a strainer into ready cups—from Step 1. Mix well. Enjoy!
HONEY ICED TEA
In a jug/pitcher add 2 cup cold milk—without cream—and ¼ cup honey.
Put 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add ¼ tsp chef’s secret tea masala. Bring to full boil. Add 5 tsp tea leaf, turn off heat, stir the pan once and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Strain the tea into the jug/pitcher—from Step1. Mix well. Chill the jug/pitcher for at least 1 hour. Serve with ice.
